This Playhouse we call the Kozy Cottage. This house is 6 feet in width and 8 feet long the walls are 4 feet high. It is completely built in our factory and then disassembled and shipped directly to you. All of the walls, gables, doors, trim, and three windows are installed. You the owner just have to put the panels together according to our simple supplied instructions. All you have to purchase locally is the roofing material. You will have to install the roofing materials on site. A gift card is included for the purchase of the roofing materials. The walls are all primed so you the owner can chose the color you wish. The windows are single hung, screened, and are made of maintenance free vinyl. The trim and flower boxes are made of weather resistance Cedar. We try to ship using only freight companies that offer lift gate services which means usually no extra help is needed to off load you house. The price includes freight.
